No Risk Process Audit
If your factory qualifies, Profit Finders will conduct a NO COST Process Audit. This is analogous to a doctor performing blood tests and a CAT scan to gather data before making a diagnosis. A typical Process Audit lasts for 60-days. During the Process Audit production workers perform their normal routines. We are "invisible" – monitoring and collecting data. All data is made accessible via a secure Internet portal.
What Do I Get With A Process Audit?
Worst case you get an extraordinary Base Line Report on your current operation at no cost. In most cases, the Process Audit will uncover significant cost savings opportunities. Typically these cost savings are in the areas of natural gas, electricity, chemicals, water, and waste treatment.
What Happens After The Process Audit?

Once again we have structured our marketing program so the "monkey is on our back to perform". Most new clients submit a PO for a 6-month subscription at modest monthly fee. Any time after month #6 a client can cancel with no penalty. We also have programs where we work on a "contingency basis" and our fee is a % of documented savings. In either case your savings will pay our fee and leave you with higher profits!
